These terms describe use of the American Peak SaaS website and business suite, operated by American Peak SaaS LLC. Contact admin@americanpeaksaas.com with questions.

Current availability

The suite is in launch preparation. Customer subscriptions and public workspace access are not currently available. Features described on the website are being developed and tested. We do not accept subscription payments through this website at this stage.

Accounts and access

Use accurate account information and protect your sign in credentials. Access the service only through accounts and workspaces you are authorized to use. Do not share access with unauthorized people, bypass access controls or impersonate another person or business.

Your information and responsibilities

You retain your rights to information you enter. You permit us and our service providers to process that information as needed to operate the service and as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for having permission to provide customer information and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable requirements.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, distributing malicious software or attempting to access other users’ information. Do not upload highly sensitive information into ordinary workspace fields. We may restrict access to address abuse or protect the service.

Service limitations

Tools help organize business work. You remain responsible for reviewing records, following up with customers and making business decisions. The service does not guarantee that a customer will respond, pay, renew or approve a request. Availability and features may change as development continues.

Payments and future subscriptions

Any future paid subscription will show its price, billing period, cancellation process and applicable payment terms before purchase. No paid plan is created by visiting this website or completing the current owner sign in flow.

Ending use

You can stop using the service and request account deletion by contacting us. Some information may need to remain for security, legal obligations or provider backup retention as explained in our privacy policy.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as the service develops. Updated terms will show a new effective date. We will communicate material changes affecting existing accounts where appropriate.
