Privacy policy
Effective October 22, 2026
This policy explains how American Peak SaaS LLC handles information through americanpeaksaas.com and its business suite. Contact admin@americanpeaksaas.com with privacy questions.
Information we handle
Our hosting services process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, request times and errors, to deliver and protect the service. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you send.
For an app account, we process your email address, account identifier, authentication information and account security records. If you choose Google sign in, Google provides basic account information such as your name, email address and profile picture information. Supabase may retain this information as part of your authentication profile.
How we use Google account information
We use Google account information to authenticate you, identify your app account and control access to the service. We request basic identity information, not access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, calendar or contacts. We do not use Google account information for advertising or to train AI models. We do not sell Google account information.
Business workspace information
The business suite is being prepared for customer launch. Its workflows handle customer contact details, quotes, service requests, checklists, appointments, approvals and warranty records entered by workspace users. Business owners are responsible for having permission to enter information about their customers and for choosing appropriate workspace access.
Existing private development workspace records have not been migrated into the independent app deployment. Customer workspace access remains closed while deployment checks continue.
Service providers and disclosures
Cloudflare hosts the public website and independent app. Supabase provides app authentication. Google provides the optional Google sign in service and our business email service. Our private development release uses OpenAI Sites hosting. These providers process information as needed to provide their services. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or enforce service rules.
Cookies and security
The app uses authentication and security cookies to maintain your session and protect forms. We do not add advertising cookies or third party advertising trackers to this website. App authentication cookies are configured for HTTPS and are inaccessible to page scripts. Access checks run on the server. No system can guarantee complete security.
Retention and your choices
We retain information for as long as needed to operate accounts, provide the service, address security issues and meet applicable obligations. Provider logs and backups may remain subject to their retention schedules. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing us from your account address. We may need to verify your identity and explain any information that must be retained. These requests are currently handled by email.
You can disconnect Google access in your Google account settings. Disconnecting Google does not automatically delete your American Peak SaaS account or previously stored information. Contact us for account deletion.
Where information is processed
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. The selected Supabase project is in the United States. Do not enter highly sensitive information such as payment card numbers, medical records or government identifiers into ordinary workspace fields.
Changes
We will update this policy as service practices change and show the revised effective date. Material changes affecting existing users will be communicated through the service or account contact details where appropriate.
